Initial evaluation session (60 minutes): $180
Individual psychotherapy session (45 minutes): $150
Note: Fees are subject to change January 1 annually.
I am an in network provider with commercial Anthem BCBS and with traditional Medicare plans. My services qualify for reimbursement as an "out of network" provider under most insurance plans. You are responsible for the full fee at the time of service. I am happy to provide a "super bill" for my services which you can submit to your insurance company.

If you're unsure how much your insurance company will reimburse, I recommend you call the number on your insurance card and ask them "What is the rate of reimbursement for out of network outpatient psychotherapy?"
